Just as governance and effective governance are different things heavily customised is not the same as badly customised. Here we use the Hierarchy of Change to put in some controls around what changes can be made to a D365 system, and which changes need more senior approval.
Every time I hear those dreaded words “we don’t want any customisations” I sigh, and begin wondering how much of a headache this project will be.
